The Bosch Digital Support Platform allows you to create and manage support requests for products and services companies of the Bosch Group that either the company you work for has purchased or that you have purchased for yourself as a consumer.

Please note that you can only use your Bosch ID for the Bosch Digital Support Platform either for a business as a commercial customer or for yourself as a consumer (i.e. once you have registered with the Bosch Digital Support Platform as a commercial customer or a consumer, you cannot use the same Bosch ID for the Bosch Digital Support Platform in the other capacity).
